Mobs around 26,75 drop the Haal'Eshi Scrolls. Drop rate is really good. I had to kill over 6 mobs to get 4 scrolls. The reason why the drop rate seems low on WoWHead is because people kill the mobs without the quest, resulting in no drops of the scrolls.

I think the drop rate is actaully relatively low, maybe 15-20%. Killed them for a while...

I had a higher drop rate than recorded here killed like 7-8 mobs for all of them to drop so slightly less than 50%.

ah i killed about 40 till i got 5 of them. 3 of them were dropped from the first 2 Haal'eshi ehile entering the Den

Avruu had a 100% droprate to me. I killed him 3 times while doing Birds of a Feather and got the scroll every time

Got exacly 50% drop rate, but none of Windwalkers dropped any of these, got'em all from Talonguards
