14 juin 2021 : dropé en 2 runs du Labyrinthe des Ombres, foncé tout droit, tué uniquement le second boss et tuer les Fanatique de la Cabale dans la salle du 3ème boss. Bon farm.

Got mine today, was the only BS in the group, nice addition to my recipe list, need to get the mats for it to make one for my tanking set ^^

It dropped on my 2nd run there, sadly we were 2 blacksmith and I lost roll. I had to wait till my 10-11 run to see it again... That plan is probably the best you can get for leveling and for selling. These helms are awesome for tank, nice armor (recently buffed), stam, def and 3 sockets.

they sell very well at the AH. On my server, I can sell these for a price higher than mats cost. You'll probably lose money (since mats are very expensive) to level blacksmith from 360-375, but if you can get that recipe, you will probably make some.

You can skill BS to 375 quite easily using this pattern, however the farming of fel iron and eternium has been nerfed since 2.1 since they removed the Fel Iron nodes from behind the dark portal :-(

Does anyone have an approximation of the droprate for Blacksmiths, since the listed droprate includes non BS party kills?

it only drops for blacksmiths and only blacksmiths can see it.

i gave up on blacksmithing a long time ago so at 150 blacksmithing it dropped for me alone being the only blacksmith

This just dropped for me on Heroic after a few days of farming on normal with no drops.

Drops on Normal. Got it on 2nd run.
Can skip 1st boss, but have to kill 2nd to open a door (attacking boss pulls all the worshipers in the room). Fanatics are in same room as 3rd boss.

On my very first run into the Shadow Labyrinth, looking for the Felsteel Helm plans, I snuck past the First Boss and everything in the area, attacked the Second Boss (Blackheart), which aggro'd everyone in the room, burned him and his friends down, which opened the door into the next hallway, and continued on to the Sanctum of Shadows, where I encountered the first Cabal Fanatic I had ever seen. Two of them, in fact, with 2 friends.

With one Mighty Hoof Stomp, all 4 of them died, and I looted TWO Felsteel Helm Plans. (BoP of course.) Then I Hearthstoned out.

Easiest. Plan. Ever.

Don't mind the bragging chads in the comments, Plans : Heaume en gangracier is FAR from a guaranteed drop. My Blacksmith is well known in the Shadow Labyrinths and the mobs drops dead upon seeing him, but the Fanatique de la Cabales are apparently too scared to drop the plans.

Today I ran Heroic and then it dropped on my 7th run of Normal. Got a lot of Lower City rep and transmogs along the way.
