Unfortunately this can only be used at the quest site, so you won't be able to show off as a paladin in treeform.

Actually, try keeping this item and the quest and whenever you're a few minutes away from a summon for an instance/raid, port to the Exodar, head to the cove, and throw it on. When they summon you, the tree disguise stays for a few minutes, and is sure to confuse everyone standing around waiting. As a druid, my little joke is to call it "Tree of Life 2.0".

I'm level 80 and I like turning my self into a tree then entering a battleground. WSG and EotS are the best. Everyone's just like WTF, a tree?
I transferred to Horde and this quest item came with me, so sometimes I like to fly to Ashenvale, riding north to the docks in Darkshore, take the boat to Azuremyst Isle. Then use it before entering a BG. People always get a laugh out of it.

You can continue using the disguise kit so long as you don't turn in the quest. Only 1 person can be a tree at a time. Two people can't be trees and enter a BG at the same time.

You can also use heartstone and even shapeshifting (druids) - it does not remove the tree "costume". You can't mount though. I wonder if mages could use blink to move.

It accounts for a huge "WTF" every time you enter a BG. Multiplied by 5x ig you get in BG where it can be clearly seen, like Isle of Conquest.

Appropriately levelled Priests can shadowform and Levitate before using this, resulting in a spooky floating ghost tree.(screenshot submitted)

As of today, Blizzard has made it impossible to copy someone else's Tree disguise with Moire ciel d'Ai Li. However, I've been told you can still copy the image if you person A uses the tree disguise, person B uses Potion d'illusion, and person C uses the Skymirror. We don't know how long that will last, so enjoy your fun while you can!
