I would like to know if this will only drop if the engineer is lvl 375, or if it drops at lower skill levels.

Nope, you don't need 375 Eng to get this drop. We had it drop in KZ the other day and our only Engineer was lvl 223. He didn't want to lvl his eng. anymore so I hearthed unlearned 375 mining and got summoned back to loot it. =)

allright, all info so cool about that scope.. but, i got a question - does it stack with other scopes, i mean if i ench it on my gun and then ench the other one, say, adamantite scope? Would be nice to have +12 a.p. and +28 crit..

Im guessing your talking about the scope itself, be aware you cant buy the schematic off AH, as it is BoP.
Downed Attumen probably 50-60 times. The Fiery warhorse reins did drop last week, still have yet to see this schematic however.

The raw materials to make this are:

120 Adamantite Ore
72 Fel Iron Ore
48 Eternium Ore
2 Star of Elune

On my server the cost to make this scope is 267g at the average ah price. If I can attain the materials required at a decent price; I try to sell at least 1 a week at 290g bid and 399g buyout. Not a lot of demand at that price and they are such a hassle to make, I’m happy just selling a few.

Just to let you know how hard this scope is to get, it is now July and i've killed him every week since January without a single drop. We have never seen his horse either.

Umm i was woundering if it adds melee crit rate or is it just Range crit?

I jsut got Wolfslayer rifle and i would love to add this scope it for the crit in raids.

For Patch 3.3.5

This item still drops, dropped today and i didnt win it.

If you have Group Loot on it pops up after someone/or a engineer loots the boss.
Only Engineers can need on it.

Best thing to do is just set the first boss to Group Loot so your certain youll get this pattern.

Can confirm, still drops. Dropped off Attumen The Huntsman (1st boss) in Kara. No mount dropped, but hey... I'll take it.
