You get this quest at lvl 10 as a Paladin, If you are a human, Duthorian Rall gives it in Cathedral of light.
Get 10 Linen cloth before you start it because you will need that to turn in to a lady in the trade district.
After that you should run back to Duthorian Rall for next quest. Talk to Gazin who stands just a little northwest of Duthorian next to the high priestess, he gives you the quest to ressurect Henze in Elwynn forest in Stonecairn lake, he is laying around 72.52. Once he is ressed talk to him and return and get the next quest, now start killing the wizards all over the lake till they drop the Script , took me about 4 kills. Once the script has dropped run back to Gazin in SW. He tell so to finally talk to Duthorial rall again, wich gives you the Redemption skill :)

I did this quest at lvl 58 just before i leaped into outlands, total quest experience for the whole quest chain (about 15 mins total time for this quest) gave me 43650XP 43.65k ! THATS ALOT for 15 mins.
