These plans can be found at the top of the tower @ 19,27. They are on the ground next to the fire on top of the tower. They are guarded by Captain Krosh (level 43 nonelite, there are also 4 level 43 sentries, 1 that patrols around the tower). My guildies say that these plans can move around to the different towers in the area (much like the plans in STV), so if the plans are not at this tower, try the other ones (same mob set up at all the towers). There is named at the top of each tower. Easily soloable at 63 , just gotta watch the casters.

The Guards are lvl 62-64 and the named range from lvl 63-64.

19, 27 confirmed. Be careful when you go to kill the guard standing in front of the bottom of the tower, if you do go to kill him the mobs on the tower & around it respawn really fast, I didn't even have time to drink & I had them on me again, but as a 62 hunter it was very easy to do. Captain Krosh, the guy at the top of the tower goes into an enrage mode seemingly randomly & starts attacking really quickly, but loses it just as fast. Apparently really funny for prot pallies & there is plenty of room at the top of the tower for hunters to ranged attack him, as they have no dead zone anymore. :D Hope this helped!

I'm fairly sure it's a static spawn at 19.9, 27.1 . It spawned for me after 30 seconds 5 times in a row at that location (i was 5 boxing).

I picked up this quest while leveling an alt, and I noticed a funny little slip up by Blizzard. The flavor text reads "Crudely-written attack plans scribbled on ogre's napkin...". This should read "on an ogre's napkin".
