When I went in to grab the five soul devices for this quest I found four of them in the room where The Black Inciter and his fans are. Two were in the tent on the left side of the room and two more were in the tent on the right side. I was able to grab the four with a little battle and crowd control so as not to aggro the whole room. Then I went out of the instance, reset it and grabbed the last one I needed without too much trouble.

The orbs can be found from The Reliquary onwards to the end boss.

You need 5 of the Machine à âmes for the quest Les machines à âmes.

The first four can be found in The Refectory in the tents on either side of the benches. The last one can be found in the next room before the Sanctum of Shadows.

This is then turned in to Maître-espionne Mehlisah Hautecouronne in Shattrath City
