Got this in a chest in Razorfen Kraul tonight.

This specific Blacksmith plan is a random world drop in the 0.01-0.08% chance range.
According to statistical data, it seems to drop the most in Blackfathom Deeps.

This has to be classified as one of the rarest ingame plans to acquire as not even the official Blizzard WoW site
lists any information.

If you do get it, be one of the rare ones that can craft it or sell high at AH.

Just got mine from a Silent Shade in Duskwood whilst try to farm Recipe: Elixir of Ogre's Strength at about 22.30 on 22/01/2013. Any help on the aforementioned item would be greatly appreciated as I have been farming various locations for weeks with no luck!

*Edit* The very next day, as my hunter, looted one from a large solid chest in Blackfathom Deeps. One for me and one for AH methinks.

Just thought I'd mention this, but I actually got this recipe from a chest pick-pocketed from mobs in Ashenvale. These chests must be unlocked, and often contain useless crap like pocket-watches, and old system poison potion bottles, along with a little cash.
