It's worth noting that this item provides a nifty-sounding buff (that doesn't actually do anything) called Electro-Shock Therapy, which reads "Now shooting electricity out of your eyes." It's a unique buff that other players can see and many, many people have asked me how they could get the buff (once they get done laughing).

Unless you're hard up for Consortium rep, I'd just keep this item and not turn in the quest, ensuring a unique buff for the good of all!

Hunters drop an explosive trap by the globules once they appear and get 8 or so of em at a time.

Strange fact about this item, If you drink it, then abandon the quest, and take it again, You get another buff, I had about 10 buffs of this, Each buff has a chance to proc, so it just procs madly.

Interesting thing, is that it eats up spell reflect charges on mobs and players. Really regret turning this quest in.

Has the buff been changed for this item? I cannot see electricity.

This item works surprisingly well for stomping a shaman's grounding totem in pvp/arena.

Attack shaman -> electricity procs, goes to totem instead-> dead grounding totem.
