Tier 6 chest token. Drops of Illidan Stormrage as it says under the 'Dropped by' tap.
Can be turned in at Hyjal Summit at Tydormu, who is the tier 6 vendor.

The npc is Tydormu .

Turn the boots, bracers, belt tokens in at Isle of Quel'Danas.
NPC name is Theremis and is located in Sun's Reach Harbor on the boat.
