In wyrmskull village there is a little bridge at 57, 53. cross that little bridge, take a right, and there u see the entrance of the catacombs. at 57, 49 . From there you go into the cave to find this quest item. Fight your way straight through, once you come to a T intersection there are more goons there, stairs to your right and a door to your left, go left, through the door. Fight the remaining goons 3 or 4 depends on if there is a roamer or not you will find the Harpoon Operation Manual on the floor at the next quest giver, When you leave you will be glad you fought all 14 or 15 goons, now its and wasy run to the top.
