À la première grande salle que l'on rencontre dans la grotte, prendre le pont de gauche. Le coffre contenant la rune est dans la petite pièce suivante.

Rune of Nesting - When you reach the first two bridges after coming down the winding passageway from the entrance to the den, take the left bridge. You will need to kill a couple mobs. The chest inside the little room across the bridge contains Rune of Nesting.

As of 2017, the den seems to be refurnished. When you go from the entrance down the spiral corridor, you end up in a room where there's a bridge heading forward and one forward to the right. Don't go over either of them. Take the path going down to the left instead. Don't take off from that road until you come to another room with a bridge heading straight forward. Head over the bridge, and it's right ahead of you.
