The way to save yourself grief with Initié gangresang and Sang pour sang.

First, this mob is unkillable unless you are on the quest and have the Gangresiphon. Once you have the quest/item, kill at least 4 of the nearby Héraut de courroux to gather 4 Sang démoniaque. Now you can use the Fel Siphon to kill the Felblood Initiates for the quest.

With siphon and demonic blood in hand, LEFT click (i.e. don't attack!) a Initié gangresang and use the Gangresiphon. They will immediately stop attacking you and go into a sort of daze or trance. Wait through this process until the Initié gangresang turns into an Gangresang émacié (you'll see the name change if you have names on.) Then one-shot them for the kill and the quest credit. Rinse and repeat three more times.
