Abselutely excellent food.
It's REALLY easy to get (You'll get about 50% catches in the Howling Fjord area), it requires nothing and gives both health AND mana. (This works great if you just need mana, too :))

this food restores exactly the same amount health and mana like the lvl80 mage food AND you only need lvl70 to eat it.
just cook it for your lvl70 twinks, and be happy :)

This food is essentially the Wrath version of http://www.wowhead.com/?item=34780
It is great not having to go back to the Isle for all-in-one food. Plus the rations just don't fill you up quite as good at level 80. No Northern Spices required, cook em up!
