It sounds like becuase it is added in WOLTK it will be the new profession for making scrolls, ie Inscription.

So just like buying a khorium rifle for like 1000g from a blacksmith you too will now be able to buy a surefooted scroll from an insctiptor.

Good luck finding them cheap.

Get Armor Vellum II from an inscriptor, enchant it with the surefooted enchant, ding you got this.

UPDATE:

This is NOT a common, trainer learned enchant. It does not come from inscription, it comes from enchanting. You need to either get one from the AH or find an enchanter that has the formula to make this enchant.

Now, with the hit / expertise mechanic, at low level, without hit / expertise on your gear, you have a massive dps loss due to misses. Great enchant for hunters, melee classes, mages and warlocks. Priest not so much, since they get spell hit from spirit anyway.

An example would be.. +10 hit / +10 crit on boots vs haste or intel. You will get more dps gain from the hit because you will not be missing X% of your attacks. I was finding on dungeon bosses, 3 levels higher than my warlock, that I was losing 20% (aprox) of my dps due to misses. That is a massive dps loss. By enchanting for hit / exp to about 12% spell hit, I was able to maintain 1st or 2nd spot for dps on a consistent basis.

Hmmm. AMR is saying I should use this enchant on my boots, BUT it says it gives 3 haste, 10 crit, which they say is "better" than the 11 crit one now on my boots. What gives?
