This is a nice first step towards making spirit consumables, but the BC Elixir that gives 30 spirit and 30 intellect will give more regen.

From the perspective of a healer, so only valuing Int/Spi:

Wrath Guardian Elixirs
Elixir of Mighty Thoughts 45 Int
Elixir of Spirit 50 Spi
vs.
Burning Crusade Guardian Elixirs
Elixir of Draenic Wisdom 30 Int & 30 Spi

I'm getting a 60 point improvement to my key abilities out of the BC elixir, vs 45 or 50 from the wrath guardian elixirs.

If you're after int and spirit, Draenic Wisdom + new mastery (20 all stats) is the best because you can't use both the Wrath int and spirit ones simultaneously.

If you're a pure spirit nut, using the old healing power elixir in combination with this one is also an option if you happen to have some old mats lying around.

This is no longer a Guardian Elixir Plz Update. btw seem a lot of Elixirs have changer from Guardian To Battle, Leaving very little choice in Guardian Elixirs.
