Fate Rune of Baneful Intent

Increases all damage dealt by 5%.

Fate Rune of Fleet Feet

Movement speed increased by 15%. (Does not affect mounted speed.)

Fate Rune of Nigh Invincibility

Decreases all damage taken by 5%.

Fate Rune of Primal Energy

Regain 1% of your total mana any time that you deal a critical with a spell.

Fate Rune of Unsurpassed Vigor

Heal 2% of your total health any time that you deal a critical hit with a melee or ranged weapon.

All of the Fate Runes effects stack.
All of the Fate Runes have a 30 minute duration.
Fate runes are attained via Vrykul Bones. These drop off any Vrykul mob and have a 100% drop rate.

I don't see the proc affect in the combat log...at least for the Fate Rune of Primal Energy which is the one I had active.

One thing I found is that if it procs off of a channelled damage tick like Mind Flay or Penance it'll interrupt the spell. Kinda annoying.

now i'm not totally sure on this, for it might have been my refreshment buff i got from hunting party, but i think it might work for hunters, maybe not, i'm paying close attention to it and will post my findings later

I stepped into a normal 5man ToC and it doesn't work in there. Told me i need to be in icecrown. As of Aug, 15 2009
GM reply: That is because you are inside of an instance server that does not count as Icecrown. I do apologize about that, it's simply a matter of zoning.
