While I know its a random world drop from mid 20s mobs, I figured it might be worth mentioning that SFK seems to have the best drop rate in my experience. Leveling my pally, I had 3 drop out of 5 runs.

Do note that the drop rate may be greatly underestimated. A lot of recipes can't be found by people without that profession.

Just had these drop off from an Ebon Whelp in The Green Belt area of the Wetlands.

Wasn't farming, just passing through, dropped on the 6th kill.

Just had this drop from High Priestess Hai'watna (67.31) over in Northern Stranglethorn. She's a rare that sometimes spawns in the hut in front of Zul'Gurub.
