This gives you a "hit" buff, but since hit is no longer calculated, is this only valuable for the stamina?

For some reason this recipe is marked green in my cooking tab though I have maxed out all pre-BFA cooking skills and my Kul Tiran cooking is currently 110/150 .
It's the only pre-BFA recipe that's marked green in my cooking tab so I assume it's a bug or oversight after the way professions work was re-designed.
I did make 32 Tartare de worg , hoping the bug would lead to a couple of skill-ups but sadly that didn't work :-)
