There is no staff specific enchant that is more powerful than the 1h version in Cata? That is disappointing. What incentive is there to wield a staff now?

EDIT: It would be interesting to know if perhaps Hurricane or Power Torrent proc more on a staff? That would be the only thing I could think of that would make a staff even close. I'll try and test this as soon as I have enough money to get those enchants :p

They took away the incentive again. A staff is much worse than MH/OH now. This enchant seems really overpowered too.

It wasn't obvious to me that this enchant can be used on Shields too. If you type Shield in the search bar of your Enchanting profession window, this enchant will be displayed in the list, but if you use the filter by Shield option, it will not. Just a heads up for Enchanters who are asked for "40 Int on Shield".
