looks like these items getting taken from grey item to orange ... will be needed for tier 13 gear in the next patch ... buy them now while their cheap ..they already selling for 10k g on my realm :(

I seem to get quite a few of these doing fishing dailies in Undercity after receiving Bag of Shiny Things. I'm sure it's a random drop, but I have gotten 80% of mine there(I have 9 as of writing this). I've used them for roleplaying, no use otherwise.

This was originally a possible drop from corpses of humans in Alterac Valley Battleground. I still have a stack of them in my bank bag of stuff from vanilla AV on my rogue. This was a Predator reference as at the time only a rogue could loot this item off of a corpse in AV.
Other items in my AV bag include the
Nubless Pacifier , Tear Stained Handkerchief , Broken I.W.I.N. Button , and Sleeveless T-Shirt .
There were many more fun items including rogue only drops through pickpocketing but most were removed through expansions and not only removed as a source but removed completely including my bags and bank. So sad.
It appears that the skull is still around but was moved to another loot table.
