The ancient Egyptians believed your fleshly body had to be preserved for you to be able to exist in the Underworld. They paid lots of money to have their bodies mummified so they could enjoy themselves in the afterlife . I feel sorry for the guy who this "organ" belongs to when he notices it's gone.

why on earth is this organ lootable from the canopic jars ? its not like they good for anything except filling you bags so when you looting something which will be gone in a second and you have to store it fast , the game says: you dont have enough space:S. at least they could have added a food which would have required this one as material. for example a mummified organ soup.:P

Don't auto-loot these, don't take it out.
Keep opened Canopic Jars in your bank so you can always have another chance after a patch (the containers content is rerolled after world updates).
