Les Clé de cage shao-tien servaient à ouvrir les Cage shao-tien pour la quête La clé du succès qui n'est maintenant plus disponible.

Cependant les clés peuvent encore être récupérées et utilisées pour ouvrir les cages (toujours présentes avec des prisonniers), sans intérêt réel certes mais c'est bon à savoir.

This has a relatively low droprate, I looted this after killing all the mogus required for other quests. However you should notice that this isn't consumed on use but you can use it several times. So don't keep searching for more once you loot it like I did.

In my experience, this has been a 100% drop from Tortionnaire shao-tien while you're on the appropriate quest (La clé du succès), which is reflected in Wowhead's data. Apparently other Shao-Tien mogu have a chance to drop it as well, but the torturers are going to be your best bet to get a key quickly.

And you do only need one key to open all the cages.

If you are having a hard time finding a Shao-Tien Torturer for a Shao-Tien Cage Key for the Golden Lotus daily (The Key to Success). I made a useful little macro to find one with ease

/target Shao-Tien Torturer

Put it on your action bar and spam away till you find one!

I guess they are pretty useless now, since the quest they are needed for is now longer in the game after the destruction in the vale... They should turn grey any minute (= patch) now ;-)

The quest is no longer in game, but you can still unlock and save Golden Lotus Captives with the keys. The cages are in the Ruins of Guo-Lai instead of their original spot near the Golden Stair. They serve no purpose other than wanting to save an NPC for fun or RP reasons so drag and delete them if you get them now (or save them in your bank like I do). They will not turn grey until they no longer serve any purpose what so ever, so they should remain white quality for a while.
