Commander Oxheart, Found here-->Commandant Cœur de Buffle, is the NPC we will be using to turn our token for tier pieces this expansion. Found at Niuzao Temple(for those with coords it is 37,64). Both Horde and Alliance. Also will be used for LFR, Normal, and Hard Mode Tier pieces.

~~I got the drop from the Empress, but when I go to the vendor to exchange it for the Breastplate, it claims I do not have the currency required, when in fact I do. Am I doing something wrong?~~

Found the answer to my own question. When you get the Chest of the Shadowy Vanquisher, you have to look at what version you get. I got the Raid Finder (LFR) version, so I can only exchange it for the Raid Finder version of the Breastplate of the Lost Catacombs. Same with the Heroic version, etc.

Be sure to check that the difficulty of the token you are wanting to trade, in this case Heroic, matches the difficulty of the item you want!

This item is now an "on-use" item which creates the armor piece it could originally be turned in for, negating any need to locate a vendor for turn-in.
