This is an item found in the 5.1 scenario, A Little Patience, which involves the Temple of the Red Crane in Krasarang Wilds. It is possibly used in Stage Two, preparing the defenses.

This item is used to keep the Pandarens awake in order for them to complete construction on their trap, since they "over-celebrated" the night before. If your Pandarens fall asleep during construction, this will rouse them.

If you are in the Pandarian camp and they are all asleep, kill one of the water elementals (Spirit-Kissed Sprite), loot the Spirit-Kissed Water, and use it on Master Brownstone.

Since the water is unique, you can only carry one at a time. Also, you can use the water directly on a keg which will improve the construction rate... but the Pandarans will still remain asleep.

To keep the Pandaren laborers awake, you can't simply be standing near Maître Pierre Brune and right click on this item, nor can you right click on his sleeping body - you have to right click on the gears floating above his body.
