You just have to kill the owlbeasts in Hinterlands and then use the Muisek Vessel on the corpse to capture the Muisek. Goes along nicely with the Natural Materials quest from camp Mojache.

I still had this item in my inventory after i turned in the quest. Just destroyed it later when I realized I no longer needed it.

You get these by killing any Owlbeast in The Hinterlands, then using the Wildkin Muisek Vessel while the corpse is selected.

You can get more than the 10 you need, but this is totally useless. You can just discard these after you have returned the quest.

Be sure to loot the dead Owlbeast before you use the Vessel or it will go poof with any loot it had on it.

YES its not "Wildkin" that you have to kill its "Vicious Owlbeast"

It is the Wildkin on which you have to use it... It even says it in the description:
Use: Shrink and Capture a Fallen Wilkdkin. (30 Sec Cooldown)

instead of killing wildkin/owlbeasts

you now just kill the ironfur bears and longtooth runners in the wilds outside the camp.

much better then the travel across the world version
