This item drops from new 5.3 elites such as Kor'kron Motivator, and needs to be infused with a Radical Mojo in order to create a ilvl 489 spec-appropriate item for your class.

The drop chance for this item is currently unknown, but I will update this comment when more information has been gathered.

It can also be bought from Ravika, the Darkspear Rebellion Quartermaster for 1xRadical Mojo.

Along with this, there is also 6 other new items that drops from the same elites, and needs to be infused:
Latent Kor'kron Belt.
Latent Kor'kron Boots.
Latent Kor'kron Chestpiece.
Latent Kor'kron Helm.
Latent Kor'kron Leggings.
Latent Kor'kron Spaulders.

I got this from one of the random mobs, and people have also reported them being dropped by the commanders. I didnt take very long to get one and many people in chat reported getting pieces. Theyre not bop either so I figure in a few weeks theyll be cheap to buy for decent epics for alts.

Only moments later, killed less than 10 things, got the helm token as well. These dont seem very rare AT ALL.

Second edit: Started doing it on an alt, and got a shoulder token within 5 kills. There's luck (which I dont usually have) and there's higher drop rates. These tokens have the latter.

This item can be obtained either as a rare drop from the new elites in southern barrens (once you started the quest line) or by using quest items for the weekly quest to buy them. You can obtain a full set of these items, but you have to infuse them with a Radical Mojo in order to make them wearable.

I saw a shoulder and gloves drop just from doing the weekly quest, probably low drop rate but they can drop from anyone it seems from the barrens.

False, Kor'kron gloves do not drop from elite mobs only. I have been killing Kor'kron orcs in the barrens for the "Battlefield: Barrens" quest, and it seems they also drop from non-elites mobs in the area.

In order to purchase all these, if you are as unlikely as I am with drops... besides the Radical Mojo you need for each one to make it into something, you will need

Stone: 300
Lumber : 400
Oil: 400
Meat: 300

Seem's to be turned into the oldschool dungeon tier 2 sets, like the warriors "Battlegear of Heroism".

When combined this creates Couvre-bras de parjure for a clothie (warlock in my case) at least. I am unsure about other classes, but you get the idea. It is a random enchantment ilev 489 item with 2 available upgrades. This item IS disenchant-able and forms sha crystals. I got 2, but that was probably just a proc.

I am a mage and mine combined into Dissident's Gloves of the Unerring, (of the Unerring) is +841 Hit. Sweet!

i just ran the darkspear revolution title quests and during the "battlefield: barrens" quest, i had recieved 2 shoulders, 1 helm, and 1 gloves. all random drops from mobs, not rare at all. just farming the radical mojo seems to be the only part that would make them have any rare quality. easy way to get ilvl 489 gear.

Be careful when using these.
Though the in-game tooltip states class specialization, they actually work off your loot specialization.
Wowhead tooltip is different to in-game tooltip.
