Patch 5.4.7 Hotfixes for April 23

Totem guérisseur no longer incorrectly heals itself.

Quests

Les tactiques du Fléau: Increased the spawn rate of Croisé entoilés.
La vengeance de l’embaumeur: Resolved an issue where Balafré was not resetting correctly.

Resolved an issue where Miasme ancien effects were able to persist after the encounter ended.

Garrosh Hurlenfer

During the Garrosh Hellscream encounter, no longer generates threat during stages 2 and 3 to address an issue that was making the encounter more difficult than intended for raid groups with Protection Paladin tanks.
Etoile de fer instables now fixate on players for 12 seconds (up from 10 seconds) during stage 4 of the Garrosh Hurlenfer encounter on Heroic difficulty.

L’Œil de l’éternité: Resolved an issue that could prevent players from being able to loot Alexstrasza's Gift after defeating Malygos.

"Winter Wasteland Hell" seems like an appropriate description of it. Its by far the least exciting zone on the new continent. I Would had vastly preferred Gorgorond, Nagrand or Talador.
