These pillars, for the cost of 25 Mana ancestral, grant the Infusion tellurique buff, which lasts for 20 minutes. The do not grant any reputation.

Infusion tellurique does not persist through death, and is removed upon leaving Suramar (including entering an instance).

I recommend for all players that head into Suramar, to quest or to do kill random stuff, to "talk" to this NPC the buff is pretty handy if you are a fast paced class and have a lot of constant attacks/dots on the target, because 130.000 extra damage will help you in the City, as well as outside of it.

There is at least one of these items in every "Ley Line" tunnel in Suramar, except Falanaar (I could not find one there, though one might exist). These are the same tunnels where you do the Ley Line quests.

The "pillar" to click itself is small (about character height) and usually in a corner, without drawing attention to itself (though if you hover your mouse over it, it will glow). See the picture of the pillar to know what to look for. It will look like it has a purple blaze on top of it. The pillar will despawn after use.

You can come back to these tunnels to buff up - Infusion tellurique. Some details about the buff:

- The buff lasts 20 minutes or until death;
- Falls off you when you zone out of Suramar, either into an instance or leave the area, or log off;
- The buff does not extend when you reapply it, so you should click on the buff to remove it before applying it again to get the full 20 minutes.
