Anyone have any idea as to the general time of when he spawns? I've been searching for this guy in Mac'Aree every two to three hours for days now and haven't seen him even once. He's also the last rare I need for the achievement!

This is a joke, been here for hours, last Rare I need for my achievement, Haven't seen him in at least 2 days.
Even tried cross realm...Still no luck, I really hope he isn't one of those rares that spawns like once every 3 days...if so shouldn't be on the achievement list.

One of the more annoying guys, checked on him every 3-6 hours for 3 days before popping at 7am Est on bleeding hollow.
Took him about 1 min to respawn, maybe 2.

I either have the worst timing in the world or this guy just isn't spawning. I haven't seen him once since Macaree opened...this is checking daily, with most days checking multiple times per day.

I believe there is a connection/link between the world quest for Commander Xethgar and the world quest that requires you to destroy the 3 Legion Portals in the same area of Mac'Aree (Defense of Mac'Aree I believe it's called).

As someone who hasn't played much during Legion I spent many weeks waiting for a spawn and/or for this Xethgar's world quest to become available. It wasn't until I completed the Defense of Mac'Aree that Xethgar WQ finally popped up.

Might be completely unrelated, but who knows!
