Probably named after the Enchanted Tiki Room, a classic attraction at Disney Theme Parks. The room contains singing animatronic masks on the walls that closely resembles this NPC.

Creepiest mob ever. Those wooden eyes staring right into you, and that grin that never changes, and how eerily they float back and forth along the ground...

The zone music doesn't help things either.

If you look closely, you will find that they are using the Night Elf Male staves/polearm stance.

This mobs are the funniest mobs I ever fought. I always have an amused smile on my face when I fight them and I alway giggle a little when I see them running.

And it is impossible to fight them with a straight face.

I saw someone with a pet that was modeled after these... Anyone know what pet it is, and maybe where it comes from? I'm very curious!
(And no it wasn't the quest item, it was a pet I saw following someone around Dalaran once... Hmm)
