Great for farming Eternal Water. They hit for about 300 on plate and as an Unholy DK I can drop them in about 4-5 seconds.

Do you have to be a miner to farm these guys?

I've killed about 5 but i can't seem to loot them.

when they are in the bubble they have a buff that increases their attack and cast spped 50%. clearing the entire area - inside the cave and immediately outside - nets about 10 crystallized water for 15-17 kills. junk drops (shards and fragments) sell for about 3.5g/stack at vendor. if you're a miner you can get an additional junk shard, or maybe a crystallized earth, from corpse. also there are two saronite nodes inside cave that respawn every 20 minutes or so.
