This guy randomly runs around Dalaran, and serves no apparent purpose.

I saw him run up to the innkeeper and set his hearthstone there....it took me a few seconds to realize it wasn't a player with a fancy achievement title.

Why is it that on lots of maps here on WoWhead there's often a coordinate for a location they never spawn in or couldn't spawn in? 19, 91 is off the side of Dalaran.
