I don't know if Impsy appears anywhere else in the area possibly for horde but when i had almost finished the area and was doing the first few quests in Felpaw Village for Nafien the Timbermaw NPC, I could hear Impsy yelling " Ow ow, right in the face" as I shot the Deadwood furbolgs for the quest. I can't recall him saying anything like that when I was doing his quests (although I may just not have noticed it) and since he is almost 2/3rds of the way down the area from where i was at the time it's a bit far to hear him yelling from his usual position. I don't know whether this is just a bit of "flavour" Blizz have added with Impsy being able to see what happens in distant areas and comment randomly on it or does he move further north at some point for whatever reason ?. Any info would be interesting to hear.

You have to complete Do the Imp-Possible for Impsy to appear neutral and give you quests at the Ruins of Constellas.

Not sure if they moved him or if he can appear in other spots but, I found him just north of Emerald Sanctuary at (47,73). Just south and on the opposite side of the road than it shows in this map. I hadn't done his quests on this character and he is neutral to me.
