Location

Underseer Bloodmane is located in Talador at 63.8, 20.7. He is in the lower level of a Draenei-like building (as opposed to the top of the mountain). As mentioned, ignore his pet, otherwise Underseer Bloodmane will enrage.

for those like me without coordinates you find him in a building left of the path you go from the cave with Durotan up to where the quests targets he gives you are.

Killed him while he was enraged as a 94 fury warrior. He can be stunned and feared, which makes this fight a lot easier.
