Initial path up the hill can be found at Nor'Danil Wellspring (39 32). After you enter that area, veer right and follow the path up.
The chest is located between two elite demons.
This is also the area where the rare Petit plumeroi spawns.
This is also the location (just up the ruined tower) of Val'sharah's portion of L’excellente aventure de Tehd et Marius.

How can this be "Top of Wall" when you have to go thru the doorway where the boss is, go down a flight of stairs, kill baddies in the meantime, then go up another flight of stairs, run left, stay to the right, and chest is sitting there on the ground. Handynotes, you may want to re-think that "Top of Wall" routine! :}}
