Effect from Brittle Webbing

This skill will hit your pet if you're using a mechanical pet's turret.
Each attack from the turret counts for this spell, making it deal a lot of damage to your pet, especially if you have multiple turrets spawned.

This ability, as you may know, strikes the enemy whenever you take damage from a DoT. But if the pet who initially applied the DoT is dead, and the next pet has the same DoT and REFRESHES the DoT (it did not fall off yet they used it again, which increased the duration back to full) then the second pet who is alive will NOT take damage from the Brittle Webbing, even though they were the one to re-apply the DoT.
This doesn't seem fair and may be a bug, unintended by blizzard.
