This can lock on (first use) to the target even when it's unattackable thanks to Enfouir, giving you something very productive to do that round. Presumably that's true for other abilities that make you unattackable.

Similar multi-use charge-up moves with no cooldown that create an infinite round buff on the first use, then on second use, consume the buff to deal decent damage (base 45):

Mechanical: Lance-roquettes (Buff is instead an allied object that can be used by any allied pet with the ability)
Beast: Lancer de tonneau (Buff is applied to the user of the ability)
Mechanical: Verrouillage (Buff is applied to the enemy pet, remains on the same pet if it is switched and can be used on multiple pets in a single battle)

Similar multi-use charge-up moves with no cooldown that give a 10% damage boost buff on the first use, then consume the buff to deal equal damage (base 45) on the second use:

Aquatic: Pompe
Mechanical: Remonté

Similar charge-up moves that have an exposed charging turn then hit for high damage (base 50) on the next turn with various cooldowns:

Humanoid: En plein cœur (3 round cooldown, unique to Colportecœur)
Humanoid: Charge sacrée (3 round cooldown, unique to Mini Tyraël)
