Orcs have one of the most nerfed racials in the game, Hardiness, with it used to having the chance to completely negate a stun. Darn shame.

If you happen to be an Orc Hunter, Warlock or Death Knight (Unholy), you can really benefit from the Orc racial, Command. Also, with Cataclysm, Orcs can now be Mages, so Frost Mages benefit from it as well.

Any other classes that summon temporary pets, like Shamans, I believe also benefit from this racial. This might not be true, but I think that this racial does work with those pets.
