First they grant Rising Sun kick to mw spec. And now it's even more powerfull than in ww spec. How is this fair?

While this sounds absolutely insane, spamming rising sun kick, don't forget you need to still use blackout kick and tiger palm, and all of this costs chi, and jab takes time and Crackling jade lightning takes mana, so you won't actually be able to do flip kicks forever. It is a tragedy to be sure, but the talent itself is powerful.

Combined with our atunement, this effectively means you never have to worry about rising sun kicks cooldown. If you are doing fistweaving right, you'll run out of mana before you run out of charges.

As for renewing mist, The buff to it's healing might make it a more respectable hot, but key thing. For every target with renewing mist, that is a target uplift with effect.

This is functionally two talents in one, and both of them are very powerful. When you consider that breath of mist is very clunky, and chi explosion is chi-ineffecient, this talent looks favorable.

While it's still ultimately a choice, if you are on the fence about level one hundred talents, I can completely recommend this one. It won't let you down.
