This title is being rewarded for with Ragnaros : mode héroïque. Note that before they updated it the old title was "Major Domo (just kidding)" and it was a joke. ;)

Best. Title. Ever! Now if you manage to kill ragnaros you can become a firelord but there are NO perks with titles except walking around in capitol cities inspiring noobs to be like you then watch them quit halfway through. But, dont get me wrong its still a good title and its hard to get as its a final raid boss on heroic which isnt exactly like eating mmmmmmm pie so i guess its worth it.

I would love to get this title, probably won't get it on my Mage any time soon since he is only lvl 70 but it's on the bucket list before 5.0 and the most likely removal of this title!

This title is account-wide, but you must be 85 to use it. I tested this today by checking a fresh lvl 20, an old level 80 and an old level 85. Only the 85 was able to use it and is not a toon that has so much as zoned into the Firelands raid.
