This title is the new title for the upcomming PvP season in Warlords of Draenor (Season 3). It will be the most prestigous PvP title for that season, and will also reward a gladiators mount, which you get to keep (Most likely going to be a Gronling)
This title, unlike the other gladiator title, you get to keep, even after season 4 have ended ("Regular" Gladiator title you lose when the next season, from when you got the title, ends).
This title requires you to be in the 0.1% top of the 3v3 ladder. You can check the "cut" at http://www.arenamate.net/arena-rbg-title-cutoffs (It will be updated when the season starts)

Other titles will be:
Gladiator top 0.5% - Rewards a mount, lose title when next season ends.
Duelist top 3% - Lose title when next season ends.
Rival top 10% - Lose title when next season ends.
Challenger top 35% - Lose title when next season ends.
