It requires the player to reach exalted reputation with the Silverwing Sentinels (Warsong Gulch), the League of Arathor (Arathi Basin) and the Stormpike Guard (Alterac Valley). The horde version is Conqueror granted from the achievement The Conqueror.

It's not as grindy to get as it used to be. Do the brawl every other week and you can get this title in a relatively short time.
