The flavor text of the toy Beanie Boomie leads me to think that this new title is related to this event. Maybe slaying Xavinox and completing the event? Maybe not? Anyways, baby moonkins and this title are awesome!

Obtained today (During The "Moonkin Festival") after completing Observation des séléniens. If the title doesn't show, check your title tab on the character page. My guess as of now is that this will have a 24hr time limit, as the buff lasts 24 hours.

Currently this title is NOT account wide, it is character specific.
It also only lasts as long as you have the Moonkin Hatchling buff.
(As of the first Moonkin Festival on 12 Nov 2017)

This title is gained by completing the only quest, Observation des séléniens. It can be obtained from Makkao in Moonglade.

Mine did not show up right away, but shortly after in the titles tab. I did not realize I obtained it until just after when I went to change my title.

The title does not remain when the moonkin buff ends. It is for the event only.
