There is a red version of this set, but it doesn't include boots or wrists. The red items are:

Capuche de fosse agréable
Mantelet des steppes
Robe de noirceur embaumée
Gants de minuit sans douleur
Large ceinture imprégnée d’encens
Jambards pensifs

Because of the fact it has no matching boots (apparently), this set is best used on Worgen and Draenei, because their boots never show when you wear robes.

For the record, if you have a Forsaken character and want to make him look like Lord Godfrey - this is the set to do it with. I don't think there are any darker sets...

This is the craftable pvp set, entirely available through tailoring. There are a few pieces also available from reputation vendors that might be cheaper/easier to get:

Unfortunately the headpiece doesn't look very good on races with a long nose (Troll, Worgen, Tauren). Does anybody know of an alternative?

Bâton de Jaina is a fitting staff for this set, especially for mages. The cloth bindings are almost a perfect match to the purple and gold of the robe. I often switch between it and http://www.wowhead.com/item=90380.

I have this set on my Goblin. Thanks to WoD we have several new options for cloaks and weapons to go with this. Currently he's wearing:

Cloak: Impertinent Student's Cloak
Staff: Anzu's Stoicism

Sometimes he has a sword/dagger and offhand, Which are:

1-hand: Oskiira's Mercy / Frost Needle
Offhand: Either Ephial's Grimoire or Resonating Tome of Zyzzix
