This set is obtained through quests in Hellfire Peninsula/Zangarmarsh (gloves), Nagrand (mostly) and Netherstorm (boots).
Unfortunatelly, if you've leveled through quests primarily, this set is no longer obtainable for you :'(

Garde-épaule azur Looks like it'd go well with this set. Its not from Outland questing, but I think it matches the colors pretty well.

Replace the boots with other, tinier ones (from the Tsunami Mail set for example) and the legs will show the blue they were meant to all the way down to the ankle.

The problem I originally had with this set was finding a nice pair of shoulders to sort of match the color scheme. I decided to use Rift Stalker's Pauldrons, which don't entirely match the set-but are pretty close, in my opinion. I'll upload a screenshot so you guys can see what the set looks like with said pauldrons.

Sha'tari Marksman's gloves also go with this set. They aren't marked as being in the set, either here or on their own page, but they are marked as sharing the same model, and they definitely are the same color. They're a reward from The Fallen Exarch.

Actually, the belt Ceinture de la Furie du Néant does not belong to this set as it has a distinctive Purple tint. Like all the Netherfury Items have.

There are no perfect fitting Gloves or Chest pieces ... if there where they would look like the Blue ones here.
