I dont like how the helm looks on a Orc male, so Im currently using Mézail en acier-dragon. Of course Ashkandi, estramaçon de la Confrérie works very well as a 2H for this set. I have a hard time finding a cloak for it, but I think Pelisse d'empressement du gladiateur tyrannique works pretty fine with the set. Since I dont have the boots yet, I found that Grèves de vétéran en plaques works pretty OK for a replacement and matches the pants at least pretty well.

Reminds me of something from Starcraft. Zergs mostly. Why you would want this on your head in the first place. Beats me...

The heroic version of Greatsword of Pride's Fall Matches this set pretty well, and it's even better on a blood dk.

I'm thinking those shoulderpads and helm are what Y'shaarj's 7 heads look like.

If you are looking for a cloak to match this set, I found that Cape en anneaux de cristal-sanglant from LFR Gangreseigneur Zakuun in Citadelle des Flammes infernales goes really well with this set.
