If anyone have some alternatives for the Chest piece, I would be eternally thankful! (since I completed that quest in TBC... worst of all I stopped doing that quest right after that it seems :( )

I found as close to that kind of red as possible for the hands, back, and bow:

Back - Cape resplendissante
Hands - Gantelets sanguinaires
The 2 bows I found: Arc de chasse du talbuk and Arc Flèches-de-feu

I'm using this set with my Pandaren Shaman.
I can recommend the following items for completing the rest of the set:

Hands: Gantelets sanguinaires
Bracers: Bracelets sanguinaires
Belt: Ceinture sanguinaire
Helm: Couronne de destruction
Cloak: Cape de parangon cramoisi

And for weapons, 2 Crul'korak, l'arc de foudre

The top of the bracers still show when wearing the gloves I'm using.
