Anyone have ideas for matching pants? I have never been a fan of the kilts or dresses.

Tier 16 is a 5-piece set obtained with tokens from Siège d’Orgrimmar.
There are three different colors: 528 gear from LFR, 540 from Flex shares colors with 553 from Normal, and 566 from Heroics. This is the normal/flex color.
These tokens are turned into tier from vendors at your faction's shrine:
Alliance: Clarice Chapmann (Normal), Thelett Cœur-de-Schiste (Flex)
Horde: Ki’agnuu (Normal), Nadina Gemmétoile (Flex)

Tier drops are as follows:

Helm: LFR, normal, and heroic tokens from Thok le Sanguinaire (Wing 3) in Siège d’Orgrimmar.
Shoulders: LFR, normal, and heroic tokens from Ingé-siège Boîte-Noire (Wing 4) in Siège d’Orgrimmar.
Chest: LFR, normal, and heroic tokens from Sha de l’orgueil (Wing 1) in Siège d’Orgrimmar.
Gloves: LFR, normal, and heroic tokens from Général Nazgrim (Wing 2) in Siège d’Orgrimmar.
Legs: LFR, normal, and heroic tokens from Klaxxi Paragons (Wing 4) in Siège d’Orgrimmar.

In addition, Garrosh Hurlenfer drops a special tier token that can be redeemed for any slot, like Essence du conquérant maudit.
The four world bosses for Un défi céleste drop ilvl 553 gloves and legs, and Ordos drops matching ilvl 559 non-tier.
