Boots - Mosscrusher Sabatons (Heroic Highmaul - Brakenspore)

I am un-sure if there are any more pieces that will continue to match the set other than those 3 items (2 if you ignore bracers). Paladins get this (5)set as their heroic raiding set, others will need to refer to the items above if you are a Deathknight or Warrior wanting to look like a paladin.

Note: This is the Heroic transmog, Normal pieces are different colors from Heroic, and Mythic is just a whole new look.

It's August 2021 and about a month ago, I decided to go after this set. Everything dropped for me on my first couple of runs through Blackrock Foundry. The chest and helm I believe I picked up from the vendor with tokens that dropped in the dungeon. However, I've been killing Brackenspore every Tuesday for a month now and still no boots. The drop rate doesn't seem to be any lower than the other items. Am I missing something here? The boots are the only thing left that I need.
